Aerobics Class
The Low Impact Aerobics Class meets every Wednesday at 3 PM in the Hall.
Aerobics is defined as a system of physical conditioning involving exercises
(such as running, walking, swimming, or calisthenics) strenuously.
Low Impact Aerobics is less strenuous.
