GREEN GATE GROVE is a fenced retirement community for people over 55 years of age, located on Bentsen Palm Drive near Bentsen-Rio Grande Valley State Park. There are currently 424 lots. Living accommodations include trailers, motor homes, and mobile homes on lots ranging from 2400 sq. ft. up to 2800 sq. ft. We are centrally located in the park with facilities that serve the Valley International Airport in McAllen.
